Rules

Welcome to Card Breakers!

Just a few ground rules for everyone to have fun:

By participating in activities, you are agreeing to the rules below:

  1. We will host breaks and live-stream pack openings for Football, Basketball, and Baseball, as well as other miscellaneous sports/hobbies periodically.
  2. Break formats will be either pick your teams (PYT) or random teams. Random teams will be assigned using a randomizer from the website www.random.org. Participants can view the randomizer assignment page and video stream through our streaming options. If time permits teams will be posted in original post and trades are welcome through our Facebook Group and or community chat section.

(A) Both parties must confirm trade in comments as well as via PM to Breakers.

(B) Trades can also be made live before the first box is opened. If trades are made live, both parties must post trade specifics and both must have comment confirmed for trade to be validated.  Please read the rules in the specific post and ask the Card-Breakers team if you any questions.  Pick your teams (PYT) is where participants select the team that they would like. Prices vary, and the cost is listed directly on the website.  Please make team purchases via www.card-breakers.com  (See Section 6 for final rules on payments).

  1. The card will always be issued to the team that the player was on the year the card was issued, which is usually determined by the team logo on the card and not the jersey they are wearing. If the card does not have a team logo, it will be issued to the team indicated on the jersey. If the logo/jersey is not a professional team (i.e.: Team USA), then the card would go to the team that has that player on its roster as of the card set’s release date (i.e., Mosaic 2019-2020 Vince Carter Team USA goes to the Hawks). If the player is not playing, it will be issued to the players longest-tenured team (i.e.: Mosaic 2019-2020 Dwayne Wade goes to the Heat). As always, if you have any questions, please ask.
  2. Cards with multiple teams represented (i.e., a card with Joe Montana and Josh Allen) will be randomized with all teams represented on the card. Points and hits without teams (on the checklist) will be randomized as well. Valid dice roll is anything (7) and up.
  3. All teams and spots are paid for primarily from the site.
  4. All purchases are final. No refunds will be accepted.
  5. As soon as the break is full, we will communicate the break time with all members.
