WHAT IS A GROUP BREAK?

It’s a way to collect without paying for a full box or case of cards. Group Breaks are an affordable way to collect Sports Cards for a fraction of the cost of buying a case/box.

TYPES OF BREAKS

Pick Your Team (PYT)

Just as the name says, you choose your team. The price varies per team.

Random Team Style

All spots in Random Team Style breaks are the same price. Before the cards are opened, we use Random.org to determine which collector gets which team.

PYT + Random

Each spot in the break are the same price. Pick the team of your choice, additional random teams will be given per random.org.

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE BREAK?

Once a break is filled everyone in the break will receive an email with the time of the break and a link to the live stream via our YouTube channel @CardBreakersLLC. It will also be streamed live in our FaceBook Group 'Card Breakers - Sports Card Breaks'

WHEN DO MY CARDS SHIP?

Our break schedule is Monday thrugh Sunday. All domestic cards ship for FREE with USPS on Thursday for the prior week.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET A CARD?

We have no idea what is in the boxes or cases of cards so it is possible for you not to get a hit. Sadly, it is possible to not get any cards for your team. This is part of group breaks and needs to be taken into consideration when purchasing a break spot.

WHAT IF THE PLAYER IS ON A NEW TEAM?

The card will always go to the team the player is on in that specific year, usually determined by the card’s team logo and NOT the jersey they are wearing. If the card does not have a team logo on it, then it will go to the team on the jersey the player is wearing. If the logo/jersey is not a professional team (i.e., Team USA), then the card would go to the team that has that player on its roster as of the card set’s release date (i.e., Mosaic 2019-2020 Vince Carter Team USA goes to the Hawks). If the player is not playing, then it would go to the player’s longest-tenured team (i.e., Mosaic 2019-2020 Dwayne Wade goes to the Heat).

The estimated market value of each card is determined at the time each series is built based off of past sales data from sources including eBay, Card Ladder, Alt and more!
